These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.

2. The Role of CreatorHub

2.1. Marketplace Provider: CreatorHub acts solely as a neutral marketplace provider. We connect Creators and Customers but are not involved in the actual transaction, preparation, delivery, or teaching of any product or service.

2.2. No Verification or Endorsement: WE DO NOT VERIFY, ENDORSE, OR GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, OR LICENSURE OF ANY CREATOR OR THEIR PRODUCTS/SERVICES. We do not perform background checks, inspect kitchens, or validate any claims made by Creators regarding their food, classes, including ingredients, allergens, or hygiene standards.

3. Creator Responsibilities

By listing items or classes on our platform, Creators represent and warrant that they:

• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding their products and services. This includes obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or certifications.
• Accurately describe their offerings, including all ingredients, potential allergens, or class curriculum.
• Maintain safe and hygienic standards for food, and professional standards for classes.
• Will provide products and services that are safe.

4. Customer Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk

By purchasing items or enrolling in classes through our platform, Customers acknowledge and agree that:

• They are transacting directly with the Creator, not from CreatorHub.
• It is their sole responsibility to assess the suitability, safety, and quality of a Creator and their offerings.
• They should communicate directly with the Creator to address any questions before making a purchase.
• They assume all risks associated with purchasing and consuming food or attending classes from Creators on the platform. CreatorHub is not liable for any illness, injury, allergic reaction, or other harm resulting from anything purchased through our service.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1. No Warranties: The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5.2. Safety Disclaimer: CreatorHub is not responsible for and disclaims all liability related to food safety, foodborne illness, allergic reactions, class safety, and the accuracy of information provided by Creators.

5.3. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatorHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform.

You agree not to use the platform to engage in any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent activity. All interactions between users must be respectful and professional.
